After establishing a direct operation in Shanghai in August 2014, Freeman Technology, the powder characterization specialists, will be hosting a seminar entitled ‘Understanding Powder Flow and Powder Behavior’ on the 1st April 2015 at the ZTE Hotel in Shanghai. The event will be attended by Tim Freeman, Managing Director of Freeman Technology, who will introduce presentations from Xie Lin Chao, Product Manager for Freeman Technology in China, on advanced powder characterization and the applications of the FT4 Powder Rheometer®.
The free one day seminar will also include presentations by Sinndy Yan, Sales Manager at DKSH Technology, on the fundamentals of particle size and shape analysis as well as an introduction to particle surface area and porous ratio.
Delegates will be able to observe a demonstration of both the FT4 Powder Rheometer, a universal powder tester, and the Microtrac S3500 Si, Laser Particle Size and Shape Analyzer, and learn how both technologies can support the optimization of powder processes.
